No Sauce the Plug uses Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS to ship products. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees so please give some leeway with delivery times. Once the order is placed, it is processed and shipped within 1-2 days. The majority of our deliveries are Royal mail tracked 48 and therefore take approximately 2 - 4 business days to be delivered. Shipping confirmation emails are provided once the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping to be confirmed. Tracking numbers are also provided for high-value orders in the shipping confirmation email.
International duties and customs fees may apply to orders and are the responsibility of the customer to pay for. Please check your local fees as this varies from place to place.
Return Terms and Guidelines:
Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to initiate a return.
Once the goods are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in an original, resalable condition.
- Please ensure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.

International Returns
If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs charges. NO SAUCE THE PLUG is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No Sauce the Plug will cover return shipping, up to the value of £6, for any faulty products that we may have sent out.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (Such as shoe care kit). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
